To insert a picture in My Computer properties. you will need to have three files Download Here and unzip the files. Now replace the oemlogo.bmp file with your picture. Note that you can only use bmp(bitmap) format file and rename your picture to oemlogo.bmp. You can also insert your computer or your personal information in oeminfo file. Now copy all three files to C:\WINDOWS\system32 where C:\ is your local root drive (Drive where your window is installed).
Now to check the result simply right click on My Computer then select properties and there you have your own personalize properties Enjoy.
